This subject has been close to my heart for many years. Although a Chowhounder recently called me a ‘high-end diner’, I don’t think that’s the case. Filharmonico Caffè was a welcome stopover in Verona, after having travelled the best part of a day from England. Being a regular, father-in-law led us straight to it. It’s on the left of Corso Porta Nuova, just before the Portoni della Bra (the gate with the clock).
