Everything looks soooo good though! I’ll make a note to go try the yuzu ice cream, and go at lunch 😀
did you happen to go on a Monday though? Might explain the not so fresh eel being a special?
Yum, that ice cream must have been delicious!
cheers, Japanese Ice Cream blog
Hi Charmaine
No, I went there on a Wednesday, so there shouldn’t have been any reason for slightly mushy eel. Let me know if you see it on offer when you go! But don’t have it.
Hi goldcoaster
It was very very good, I must say! I like the photos on your blog, yum…

The claim of trying to use only organic and pesticide free ingredients is somewhat hampered in the greener than thou stakes by the proud boast in the menu that most ingredients are flown from Japan!
Don’t know how they are going to get around that one when the time comes.
It’s just sooooo hard being oh-so-trendy green these days…
