Oh, goody! Recipes! I really enjoy cooking (and eating) Asian food, and while getting some of the ingredients can be difficult here in Arkansas, it’s still a treat. I had to order a gyoza press online, but it makes preparing gyoza a lot easier.

Thanks for adding me to your blogroll and recipe files! What’s your URL? My mother uses a jiaozi mould that she bought when she lived in Germany (funny place to find one), so although she makes her dumplings with fresh wrappers, she saves time by not having to seal and wrap them by hand. I do it the other way round - I use ready-made wrappers, but seal and wrap by hand (because it’s still new to me, and fun). When I get bored, I’ll get a mould or press too!
I’ll be posting some new photos of my latest dumplings lunch soon…
