I, too, carry out endless amounts of research on where to eat and shop for food-related goodies before I travel, so I'm sure you've saved other like-minded travelers a lot of time and effort with this guide. I only wish I were headed to Beijing soon. I was last there in 2002, and the places I ate were a mixed bag, so if only I'd had your guide back then. : ) Thanks for putting this together, and I'll look forward to hearing your first-hand accounts when you go there in a few months.
