That paste is very easy – I like it! I see she uses something similar (maybe exactly the same – didn’t look closely enough) for a quick chicken curry.
wow..that simply looks yummy…nice pictures!
Su-Lin – it’s soo easy. Manju made a chicken jalfrezi with it during the class, which was nice. But I can’t cook meat at home…
Srivalli – thank you! it was yummy, so yummy I made it for myself at lunch, showed husband the photos and he wanted it for dinner. So I had it twice in one day…
It was super tasty and a fantastic surprise to come home from work and get food made for me… role reversal indeed.

Shantanu – thanks, it did smell good! I didn’t add too much curry paste because I wasn’t sure how strong it would be. So it just had a nice hint of it instead.
