Hi Allen! Thanks, they’re really tasty. For a better idea of how they should look, have a look at the last photo in the Easy Indian post. That’s how Manju and her mum made them look like! And the book is great for beginners like me.

Have you tried the indian cabbage yet? I’m going to make that again this weekend. These potato cakes are a bit more time-consuming, for me anyway, and I’ve yet to try them again. The tarka dal was very easy though!
