GREEN!
Was it from … spinach juice? I don’t care what it was, though, as it looks rather unnatural :S
I had dim sum at Hakkasan the other day and my friend discovered a hair in her cheung fun. Thankfully, it was taken off the bill and at least everything else was far from hairy…
I can’t wait to read your where to eat dim sum post! Must we really wait until MAY?
Quite possibly! It was rather a vivid shade of green though. I’ve had green-coloured dim sum at Shanghai Blues, and I think it was described as spinach juice.
Yuck about the hair. I was at Hakkasan a couple of weeks ago, and must say, I do prefer Yauatcha, which is still my favourite.
My post on where to eat dim sum is rather pathetic at the moment. I hope I can finish my research soon, otherwise it will have a very short list of places! Yes, you must wait til May, otherwise I will be very fat…!
